About The Role

We have a vacancy for an experienced Retirement Living Coordinator to join our Retirement Living team. This pivotal role reports to the Senior Manager – Retirement Living. This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the village, attends to maintenance requests, ensures a safe and attractive environment, carries out unit inspections with potential clients, and engages in unit handovers to incoming clients. It is a part‑time role of 22.8 hours per week with flexibility on days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Village and maintain an attractive and safe environment.
• Attend to resident enquiries and resolve issues.
• Carry out unit inspections with potential clients and engage in unit handovers to incoming clients.
