is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide accurate, professional support to plan participants and sponsors, handling (401K) inquiries, transactions, and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or cases related to Retirement Plan / (401K) accounts
• Assist participants with contributions, distributions, loans, rollovers, and account maintenance
• Explain plan rules, policies, and retirement benefits clearly and professionally
• Process transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with retirement plan regulations
• Document interactions and update systems according to established procedures
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow through to resolution
