Job Description

                    Ideal Backround:  5 + years in luxury hotel group sales, events, or operations. 
Experience with high - end leisure groups and wellness retreats. 
Fluent in english, additional languaje are a plus. 
 Key Responsabilities:  Oversee operational planning and execution of retreats and group bookings. 
Conduct group resume, BEO reviews, and pre-con meetings. 
Coordinate with related teams at the hotel. 
Understands group profitability and revenue optimization. 
Search for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
