Job Description

Equans is looking for a Retrofit Assessor (12 Month FTC) to join our team either in Birmingham on a permanent basis.

Please note there will be travel on a daily basis in and around Birmingham with the occasional requirement to go further afield within the West Midlands.

The Retrofit Assessor will complete retrofit assessments and EPCs on addresses forming part of an Equans Sustainability project. Addresses will be already identified by our clients

What will you deliver?

  • The retrofit assessor will need to contact residents to make appointments, attend site to conduct assessments and EPCs, capturing photographic evidence, and completing agreed Equans standard documentation
  • The results of assessments will then need to be fed back to wider team, with uploading of documentation and required EPC lodgements completed in a timely manner. Completion of documentation within a specific software platform may b...
