Job Summary:

• 3 months contract role
• $15.00 per hour
• Islandwide location
• Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Educate members of the public on identifying eligible BCRS containers
• Guide residents on the correct use of Reverse Vending Machines
• Encourage proper recycling behaviour and answer basic public queries
• Monitor RVM usage and flag operational issues to supervisors or vendors
• Ensure the deployment area remains tidy and safe

Requirements:

• Willing to work evenings and/or weekends, with flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes based on deployment requirements
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in public-facing environments
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging the public
• No prior experience required; customer service or outreach experience is an advantage
