See yourself in our team: In the role of a Return to Work Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of personalised, empathetic services, that provides early intervention and high quality face-to-face service to workers, employers and treating health practitioners. This role is a stepping stone towards the RTWS role, and manages a portfolio comprised of both Corporate and Commercial medical expense claims. How you'll make an impact On a day to day basis you will: Manage a portfolio of both Corporate and Commercial medical expense claims ensuring appropriate risk assessments are carried out. Escalate claims to a Return to Work Specialist if required within agreed timeframes; Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation or changes to ensure accurate claim advice is provided to our customers; Provide effective and efficient claims administration to ensure that injured workers receive fair and accurate compensation in accordance with relevant legislation;...
