Within the framework of the hotel strategy, is in charge to implement and use Revenue Management methods, processes, tools in order to maximize the revenue. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and ensure accuracy of daily update & analysis for relevant hotel stakeholders. Identify anomalies in reservations made yesterday/ over the weekend. Monitor rate parity across all relevant distribution channels. Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel revenue. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management and group quotation. Assist in managing room authorizations Assist in day-to-day operation issues & troubleshooting Setup rates, promotions and restrictions, and communicate it to all relevant stakeholders. Prepare and ensure accuracy of weekly reports. Assist in the preparation of weekly RevMAX meeting materials (current performance versus measured targets, competitive analysis, special event analysis, online channels performance, other ad-hoc analysis).
