Lead Lufthansa Cargo’s success as Revenue & Capacity Management Team Lead! Oversee performance, optimize capacities and rates, and steer market strategy to boost revenue. Drive results by analyzing hub performance and leading your team to meet company targets in a dynamic, global environment.
Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:

Capacity Steering
Oversees and adjusts the capacity of the flights

Segments capacity in allocated and non-allocated capacity

Oversees and defines access rate parameters

Responsible for long-term contracts and adjustment if necessary
Monitors flight event performance throughout the booking period

Defines and adjusts queue settings and automatic confirmation settings
Flight Optimization
Oversees and initiates all necessary checks for queued shipments and confirms or declines based on operational and commercial circumstanc...
