Duties and Responsibilities

• Revenue analyze pre‑cruise, embarkation‑day, and in‑sailing revenue performance to identify promotional opportunities, inform decisions, and track progress against targets.
• Evaluate sell‑through, inventory, and capacity data for Shore Excursions and Ship Experiences to identify opportunities to add inventory or increase capacity.
• Produce ad‑hoc analytical reports for shoreside leadership, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for shipboard leaders across all revenue areas.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, monitor guest feedback to identify trends, and maintain strong collaboration with the shoreside Onboard Commercial team.
