Revenue & Billing Specialist

WWEX Group in Monterrey is looking for a Revenue Specialist I to serve as the first point of contact for customer billing issues.
The successful candidate will perform collection duties, respond to customer inquiries, keep detailed account notes, and collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues.
A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year experience in Collections or Customer Service.
