Job Description

The Revenue Cycle Management Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all activities associated with the revenue cycle processes being delivered in the GBC including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams within the GBC based revenue cycle including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions
  • Provides feedback and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations
  • Train and onboard new team members and serve as a subject matter expert to the team 
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
