+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field required
OR
Associate degree plus 8+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience
OR
High school diploma/GED plus 10–12 years of progressive revenue cycle experience, including leadership responsibility
+ Experience
+ 5–7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, with:
Strong A/R and denial management focus
2–3+ years in leadership/management role
Analytics Management- Microsoft Excel
Experience with:
Professional and/or hospital billing
Managed care and payer contract interpretation
Skills:
Advanced analytics and reporting (Excel, dashboards, KPIs)
Strong knowledge of:
CPT/ICD-10 coding
CMS regulations
Commercial payer rules
Leadership and change management
Vendor performance management...
