We are hiring an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager on behalf of a confidential US healthcare organization. The client prefers to keep their identity confidential during the initial hiring stage. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong expertise in end-to-end RCM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the complete RCM lifecycle (Front Desk, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, Collections)
Lead, train, and monitor RCM and billing teams to ensure performance targets are met
