Our great healthcare client in the Nashville area is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to support and optimize end-to-end revenue operations. This onsite role will oversee core functions across the order-to-cash / patient revenue lifecycle, with a focus on improving cash collections, reducing denials, and strengthening overall process efficiency.

This opportunity is well-suited for someone who can step in quickly, assess current workflows, and implement practical improvements across billing, coding, and collections.


Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee the full revenue cycle process, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, and collections

+ Manage and improve claims submission processes, ensuring timely and accurate filing

+ Monitor and reduce denial rates, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans

+ Review and analyze key KPIs such as:

+ Days in AR (A/R Days)
