The Mission

We need a technical powerhouse who understands that code is useless if it doesn't drive revenue. You will act as the Technical Translator between our Sales team and our most strategic customers. You aren't just an architect sitting in an ivory tower; you are on the ground, ensuring that when a deal is signed, the integration is flawless. You ensure our customers don’t just buy Minka—they successfully deploy and scale on Minka.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Own the Success phase. You guide new clients through their technical integration, writing sample code and documentation as needed to get them live.
• Accompany Sales on high‑level pitches to handle How does this actually work? questions, ensuring we never over‑promise and under‑deliver.
