Job Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 : Develop and maintain program plans & charters, including defining project goals, milestones, deliverables, and resources for the different teams training programs.
 Own the end-to-end success of your enablement programs, including development, implementation, scalability, and continuous change.
 Establish ongoing cross-functional collaboration with the broader enablement team, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and other teams to ensure enablement is executed promptly with the required technical and business depth.
 Perform regular needs analysis with stakeholders to identify knowledge, and skill gaps and create technical training programs to address those gaps globally.
 Define and track metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of the program investments and periodically evaluate and improve programs based on feedback
