Revenue Growth

Core Objective:

This role is accountable for:

1. Increasing system sales through enforced HQ stock ordering, and
2. Improving cash inflow through on-time royalty collection.

This is a results-based revenue role, not an administrative or support function.

Key Outcomes This Role Must Hit:

• Increase HQ stock sales by enforcing mandatory franchise ordering
• Reduce self-sourcing and lost system sales
• Keep royalty aging at ≤30 days
• Aggressively recover outstanding receivables
• Ensure no branch continues operations while non-compliant

If sales ordering or royalty collections miss targets, this role owns the miss.

Scope & Authority:

• Owns royalty collection performance (Accounting still bills and posts)
• Owns mandatory HQ stock ordering enforcement (Supply Chain still executes purchasing/logistics)
