The Zanzibar Collection is seeking a commercially driven and analytical Group Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across our portfolio of luxury properties that are located in Zanzibar. This is a senior, hands-on role for a revenue professional who thrives in a multi-property environment and understands how to balance brand positioning with performance.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Group Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategies across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across rooms, F&B (where applicable), and ancillary services
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts
Analyze historical data, market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity
