Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all market segments and channels. The role uses data analysis, market intelligence, and demand forecasting to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue performance in alignment with the hotel’s business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Revenue strategy and optimization
• Forecasting and budget support
• Pricing and yield management
• Distribution channel management
• Market and competitor analysis
• Collaboration with S&M and Operations
• Data analysis and reporting
• Systems and technology management
