What you'll own (core responsibilities)

Hotel Revenue Management

• Manage pricing, restrictions, and inventory across OTAs + brand channels (Choice, Wyndham, Marriott as we onboard).
• Daily/weekly strategy for ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and (when available) RGI.
• Rate parity monitoring and correction. Stop revenue leakage fast.
