Revenue manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maximise hotel revenue through advanced pricing strategies, yield management, and inventory optimisation across all segments. Develop and continuously refine forecasting models for occupancy, ADR, and Rev PAR using historical and real-time data. Analyse market demand, competitor pricing, seasonal trends, and external factors to inform pricing decisions. Manage all distribution channels (OTAs, direct, GDS) ensuring optimal mix, performance, and rate parity compliance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align promotional campaigns and pricing strategies with demand. Monitor daily pickup, pace, and booking trends, making proactive adjustments to maximise revenue opportunities. Produce detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with actionable commercial insights.
