Revenue Officer

Revenue Officer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the resort's revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, inventory control, forecasting, and reporting. This role supports maximizing room revenue and other income sources while ensuring accurate revenue tracking and compliance with hotel policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel revenue, reservations, front office, or finance.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, Fidelio) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
