Revenue Opeartions Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve attorney drop disputes in line with signed retainers and contract terms.
• Review and execute credit, refund, and resign decisions to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Validate documentation to ensure billed revenue is defensible and recoverable.
• Track reprocessing activity and outcomes with proper follow-up.
• Maintain clean and accurate Attorney Drops reporting.
• Support Accounts Receivable by identifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, LAN, and law firm clients.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and law firm clients on dispute outcomes.
• Identify recurring dispute trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• English B2 or higher is a must.
