The Role

We're hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join our Montreal office. You'll partner with clinic leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into actions that drive growth. Day to day you’ll own two key areas:

• Analysis & Reporting: P&L analysis, performance diagnostics, ad-hoc deep dives, and KPI reporting—translating operational data into actionable opportunities.
• Process & Automation: Building and improving the systems that power our reporting—better data quality, faster turnaround, and more scalable processes.
