Position at loanDepot Position Summary:Responsible for supporting the oversight of the systems, processes, and analytics that enable revenue growth and operational efficiency within the Consumer Direct lending channel. This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize the revenue cycle, improve pipeline visibility, and support business performance. The Analyst will support forecasting, reporting and adoption of tools and processes that support loan officers and sales leaders in meeting revenue targets.Responsibilities:

Establishes and maintains strong relationships with sales team members to understand their needs and optimize lead distribution processes.
