About the Role

We're looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented Revenue Operations & Automation Specialist to support our sales team by building high-quality lead lists, enriching data, and managing our automation workflows.

This role is 80% list building + data operations, with the remainder focused on maintaining clean CRM processes inside HubSpot.

Core Responsibilities (80% List Building)

Lead List Building & Data Operations (Primary Responsibilities).

• Build highly targeted lead lists using Clay and/or ZoomInfo (must be expert-level).
• Scrape data from multiple sources, validate accuracy, de-dupe, and normalize.
• Enrich leads using integrations, and supplemental tools.
