Revenue Operations Executive About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Revenue Operations Executive to manage billing operations, dunning, and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely revenue recovery, and a smooth customer experience. This role will support billing-related customer queries, resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, and work closely with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Legal teams to streamline processes while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Initiate reminders for overdue invoices via email or written communication. Follow up professionally on pending payments and negotiate payment plans. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing. Handle billing-related customer inquiries and assist with dispute resolution.
