Schedule: Full-time | Arizona (MST) hours, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- $3,500 USD/month (paid bi-monthly)
- $1,000 USD monthly performance bonus (based on measurable results)
About the Role
Smoke Signal LLC is building a tech-forward customer acquisition and conversion engine for a high-trust, high-intent consumer services business.
We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Architect to own, build, and optimize our entire revenue system—from first click to booked call to signed client.
This is not a marketing assistant role.
This is not a VA role.
This is a systems ownership role.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the automation, CRM, funnel, and reporting infrastructure that directly drives sales.
