Revenue operations manager

Role Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as the SME for sales tools and processes, ensuring support across finance, sales, and delivery teams. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, driving booking data integrity, and supporting revenue growth through efficient systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing and Customer teams, making sure everything works together properly
Review and improve how revenue flows through the business, from first opportunity through to renewal
Lead on commercial pricing, including pricing models, discounting, approvals and margin analysis
Work closely with Sales and Finance on deal structure, pricing decisions and commercial governance
Own the CRM and related revenue tools
Produce reporting on pipelines, forecasts and revenue performance to support decision-making
