Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role

Mbtek is seeking a highly technical and process-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to act as the architect of our sales and marketing engine. You will be responsible for ensuring that our data flows seamlessly between platforms, our lead tracking is airtight, and our team has the automated tools they need to scale.

The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of technical automation and business growth. You don't just use tools; you build ecosystems. You are an expert in connecting HubSpot to the world via n8n, Make, and Zapier to ensure no lead is left behind and every dollar spent is tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation & Integration: Design, build, and maintain complex automated workflows using n8n, Make (formerly Integromat), and Zapier to sync data across our tech stack.
• CRM Management: Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing property mapping, pipeline stages, and database hygiene.
