Job Title: Revenue Supervisor

Department: Revenue & Collection
Reports To: Assistant Manager – Revenue & Collection

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely generation and dispatch of customer bills.
• Monitor billing records and report discrepancies or revenue variances.
• Support revenue recovery from active customers and follow up on non-payments.
• Handle billing complaints and adjustments within defined TATs.
• Monitor TOS/POS restorations, high consumption, and exception cases to protect revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order clearance, billing issues, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in telecom/wireline services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer handling.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
