Key Responsibilities:
• Administer workflows and reporting structures in NetSuite
• Build dashboards and automate recurring reports
• Support pre-sales and post-sales workflows
• Maintain CRM/ERP permissions and troubleshoot issues
• Document system changes, workflows, and user guidance
Requirements:
