**Who We Are****Who We Want**As a RevGen Tracking Specialist, your role involves supporting the company's tracking requirements.You'll handle incoming calls from both carriers and customers, utilize the tracking board to navigate efficiently, ensure prompt and accurate tracking of all shipments, and address any tracking or service-related concerns as they arise.
**What You'll Do**:- Manage all incoming calls effectively.
- Navigate and utilize the Tracking Board efficiently.
- Initiate outbound calls to our carriers and drivers to confirm timely arrivals and communicate any pertinent information or concerns.
- Assisting in problem solving and issue resolution.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
**Qualifications**:- A High School Diploma or GED, College Degree strongly preferred- Minimum of 2 years' work experience.
