Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revit Designer (Mechanical – HVAC & Plumbing) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit for mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing, and proven experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination drawings.

Experience supporting Government and Healthcare building projects, including renovations, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical BIM models (HVAC & Plumbing) using Revit
• Produce accurate construction and coordination drawings
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts
• Interpret engineering markups and translate into detailed models
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements
