The Revit Modeler is responsible for developing and maintaining highly detailed BIM models at LOD 400–500 to support fabrication, installation, and as-built documentation. This role focuses on producing accurate 3D models and shop-drawing quality outputs derived directly from Revit, ensuring models reflect current design intent, field conditions, and approved revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
