About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of HubSpot and RevOps projects. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, project ownership, and hands‑on client delivery. It’s the perfect role for someone experienced with HubSpot who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow in the role.
You’ll work closely with a Lead Strategist to shape client strategies, run discovery activities, and deliver workshops. Day‑to‑day, you will take the lead on delivery for your clients: coordinating the team, ensuring clarity of communication, and translating strategy into execution. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership of strategic frameworks, workshop facilitation, and CRM solution design.
