Resorsi is a staffing company that hires and manages remote talent from Latin America for US businesses. We've been doubling year over year. We want more.
We're hiring a RevOps Lead to own pipeline generation. Not a closer. Not a deck-builder. Someone who designs outbound systems, runs them, measures everything, and makes the engine better every week.
The tools, infrastructure, and admin support are already in place — Clay, , Sales Navigator, multiple warmed domains and inboxes, admin support. The founder handles closing. What's missing is someone who fills the top of the funnel with qualified opportunities and optimizes every step of the process.
You'll work directly with the founder, with a clear path to growing this function as the company scales.
