div h3 The role - what you’ll be doing /h3 p You will support the delivery of the organisation’s reward, recognition and people policy agenda, helping to ensure it is commercially effective, compliant, and aligned to our People Value Proposition. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will contribute to the delivery of core reward processes, including annual pay review, variable pay, benefits, recognition and engagement activity. /p p You will help maintain competitive and equitable reward frameworks through accurate analysis, market insight and effective administration. This includes supporting job evaluation and benchmarking activity, maintaining pay structures, and assisting with the delivery of regulatory requirements. /p p Working collaboratively with corporate functions and stakeholders across the business, you will provide analysis, insight and recommendations to support decision-making and governance activity, including preparation of reporting for senior leadership...
