The Rewards Manager ensures competitive and equitable compensation strategies that promote a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and align with business objectives. The jobholder focuses on delivering continuous improvements on compensation and benefits programs, performance management, operational reporting, and service delivery

Reward Program Design and Implementation

• Designs and implements compensation, benefits and wellness plans and policies to deliver market competitive programs that meet company needs.
• Participates in the design and approach to compensation structures, market data presentations and other rewards programs.
• Conducts internal and external market research to recommend enhancements to existing plans, policies and procedures.
• Documents and communicates rewards policies and guidelines.
