WHAT YOU WILL DO

Role overview:

The Rewards & Operations Head is responsible for the overall strategy and management of rewards programs, initiatives, and compensation & benefits operations of PVM entities in scope.

This includes the planning, coordinating, and evaluating various employee services, policies and programs for HR operational efficiency of Philippines and Export Far East markets while balancing strategy, tactics, and operational ability.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee administration of employee data, payroll, compensation and benefits program, onboarding to offboarding, facilities and vendor management. The position ensures processes are compliant with local legislative/mandatory regulations, and company policies procedures. Familiar with mobility and expatriation assignments and related C&B.
