Position requirements:
Be familiar with the principle of 2/4/5G wireless network communication.
Be familiar with the data configuration of 4/5G base stations of big telecom company.
Be familiar with 2/4/5G interoperation optimization parameter configuration, neighbor configuration, Endc X2 configuration, and X2 configuration.
Be familiar with the 5G NSA KPI indicator optimization solution.
More than 10 years routine O&M experience in network optimization for big telecom company devices .
Local network optimization engineers in the Philippines are preferred big telecom company
