Job Summary:

The RF Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for managing daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, SAMM, and Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS) requirements. This role supervises technical staff, validates the accuracy of radio frequency (RF) measurement and calibration results, with a specific focus on wireless technologies (4G LTE, WiFi, and Bluetooth). The Supervisor ensures the reliability of RF instruments and works closely with the Technical Manager (TM) to implement technical training, method validation, and quality assurance programs, while ensuring impartiality and adherence to good professional practice.
