Job Description
* Analyze and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure stability.
* Perform RF optimization for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
* Conduct event-based network optimization and performance assurance.
* Utilize BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
* Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality.
Requirements
* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in RF Optimization.
* Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network features.
* Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
* Proficient in network analysis and optimization tools.
Salary
* PKR 152,500 – 202,400
