Job Description
RFIC Design Engineer Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced RFIC Design engineers to work in designing our customers latest products. Minimum requirements for this role are an Engineering, Physics or other related discipline with strong emphasis on electronics plus 5 years’ experience in RF/mmWave IC Design or PhD with 3 years’ experience Experience working on CMOS/ BiCMOS technology ranging from nodes 180nm to 28nm Experience Designing circuits such as LNAs, Phase Shifters, PAs, PLLS Experience using Cadence tools Experience working on millimeter-wave design and Frequencies between 1 - 30GHz Experience in Cadence analog design/layout flow and spice/spectre simulations
Experience with Design Rule Checking (DRC) and all aspects of Physical Verification
Fluency in English Already has an EU work permit, and is capable of permanently relocating to Greece
