RFID Business Unit Technical Leader

Working closely with the BU Manager, the BU Technical Leader is responsible for all product development activities for the flagship RFID product lines.

You are the business unit’s technical interface to the top management and responsible for overall project execution, design quality, and time-to-market.

Along with leading a highly skilled team your tasks include:

* High level technical reference for the BU’s RFID projects
* Mentoring project managers and teams throughout all phases
of IC development, for ensuring timeliness of deliveries and
application of industrial quality flow / best practices
* Manage the entire project portfolio. Oversee projects to ensure they are developed and validated on a sound technical basis and with proper risk management practices, in order to achieve “first-time right” IC designs
