Job Description

As an RFP Coordinator, you will spearhead an efficient and organized response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure timely and accurate submission of documents. Your role involves coordinating efforts across teams, gathering necessary information, and crafting comprehensive responses to meet the specific requirements outlined in each RFP.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs
Understand RFP requirements and coordinate with internal teams 
Ensure compliance with RFP instructions and deadlines 
Maintain a database of past proposals 
Communicate effectively with internal teams
Liaise with Sales and customers to determine RFP requirements 
Craft comprehensive responses to meet the specific requirements outlined in each RFP
