Our US Client is looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to research, write, and submit RFPs in the education sector. This is a part-time, freelance position that will work closely with different departments to collect documentation, develop compelling answers to the questions asked in the RFP, and coordinate the responses from our internal team. The role requires someone with excellent technical writing skills who is proactive and highly organized, with great attention to detail in compliance and following instructions.

The Proposal Writer will research potential RFP opportunities, develop effective responses, collaborate with other contributors, review and edit responses from contributors, ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive, coordinate and organize all documents, format the final submission document following internal and RFP guidelines, and submit the response by the deadline.
