RFP | Start Network Philippines Host Agency

Start Network is seeking proposals from Start Network members in the Philippines (i.e. members who have signed the Start Network Membership Agreement) to host DRF and FOREWARN programmes. Successful applicants will need to be able to evidence the necessary experience, skills, and partnership values. They will have the capacity to deliver a high quality, value for money service to the programmes, and act as an employer and/or seconding agency to relevant staff of the Secretariat.

The programme and fiscal hosting arrangement is a highly collaborative programme partnership with Start Network, and with other hosts in-country (specifically the Philippines hub host and hub staff).

The Host Agency will require authority to operate in the Philippines and will provide an enabling environment for the governing body(s) of Start Network in the Philippines to deliver the programmes, supported by the programme Secretariat staff.
