RFQ / Application / Estimating Engineer

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an RFQ / Application / Estimating Engineer to join our team at Amphenol DC Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in the overall success of our Mechanical Engineering operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) and providing technical support for product application and estimating
• Reviewing customer requirements, drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate products and solutions
• Preparing detailed quotations and cost estimates for customer projects
• Liaising with internal teams such as engineering, production and procurement to ensure accurate and timely responses to customers
