Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Integration Rhapsody Administrator to support and maintain healthcare integrations across enterprise clinical and operational systems. The role involves administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, and support of interfaces using Rhapsody Integration Engine in a 24x7 healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Rhapsody Integration Engine environments
• Monitor interface queues, logs, alerts, and system performance
• Troubleshoot HL7, API, Java‑based, file‑based, and web service integrations
• Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Develop or support Java utilities, scripts, and integration components as needed
• Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and offshore support teams
• Deploy and migrate interfaces across Dev/Test/Prod environments
• Maintain interface documentation and operational runbooks
